The 2020 Hotel, B&B, and Restaurant Marmalade Awards are now closed. Thank you to everyone who entered! 

Congratulations to everyone who has won an award in the 2020 competition. The results of the Hotel, B&B and Restaurant competition have been announced, and you can find them HERE.

The 2021 Marmalade Awards will reopen in December, when competitions and categories will be announced.

Marmalade Awards are proud to champion the Hotels, Restaurants and B&Bs that make and serve the best marmalades – it makes all the difference to your customers, and we think it should be celebrated. It is so important to have delicious, homemade food when you stay somewhere, and marmalade is obviously the most important component to a good breakfast!

About the Restaurant, Hotel and B&B Awards

It’s our mission to put the best marmalade making establishments on the Map, so if you think your marmalade is up there with the best, make sure you send a jar to Dalemain in 2021.

To give you an idea of the competition, the 2020 Hotel, Restaurant and B&B Categories were:

  1. Seville Orange Marmalade (Thick, Medium, Fine Cut)
  2. Any Citrus Marmalade
  3. Reduced Sugar Marmalade
  4. Citrus Preserve with Interesting Additions
  5. Citrus Preserve with Alcohol
  6. Citrus Preserve for Savoury Food

Entrants who win a Double Gold, Gold, Silver or Bronze Award, you are eligible for the Award Roundels, which can be purchased through the Marmalade Awards. These can be affixed to your jars and denote a marmalade of the highest quality. All winners are also be listed on our website.
