2019 Marmalade Awards Gold Winners
For 14 years, Dalemain has hosted the World’s Original Marmalade Awards, attracting competitors from over 40 countries. Each year, only a handful of the marmalades are awarded the prestigious Double Gold award. Marmalades that receive this title really are the best in the world.
This year’s Best in Show was Beth Furnell’s Bittersweet Marmalade, from Wales. This marmalade is commercially produced exclusively for Dalemain and Fortnum & Mason, and 50p from the sale of each jar goes to Hospice Care charities in the UK.
