RHS Partner Garden of the Year 2021 – Feel Good Garden

As an RHS Partner Garden, Dalemain is joining with the Royal Horticultural Society, Britain’s biggest gardening charity, in asking the nation to choose the RHS Partner (Feel Good) Garden of 2021!

Although we are closed at the moment, we look forward to welcoming visitors back as soon as it is safe. We know that visiting us is a great way to lift your mood and leave you feeling good. Gardens have been such a vital part of people’s wellbeing over the past year. They offer beautiful sights, as well as safe outdoor space to enjoy. Exercise and connection with nature have been shown to have very positive effects on health and wellbeing. That’s why the RHS has made Feel Good gardens its theme for 2021.

Why to vote for us

If you visit to our garden this year and it makes you feel good, please let us know! When voting opens in August, please take a moment to vote for us. We think that there’s so much about the Dalemain gardens to lift the spirits. Our famous Himalayan blue poppies, our scented rose walk, and the topiary dragon so loved by children. The sleeping giantess, Tudor Knot Garden and atmospheric ‘Lobb’s wood’ have all been created with care. We would love to know that they mean as much to you as they do to us.

Whether you’re a plant expert or just love getting out in the fresh air; a walk in an RHS partner garden is one of life’s great pleasures. It’s a great way to brighten up the day and get you feeling good.
