Shizuoka Prefecture Artisan Gold Award Winner 2024: Enami Farm: Tachibana Marmalade

£15.00

Introducing this glorious Marmalade, which is the Dalemain Double Gold International Winner for 2024.

Tachibana is ancient Japanese citrus that is listed as a Near Threatened species. Heda-Tachibana, which grows wild in Toda, Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, is particularly rare because they do not interbreed.

Enami Farm were able to make marmalade of Heda-Tachibana using Tachibana from the Toda Forestry Association, which manages the Tachibana habitat, and the headwaters of the Kakita River, given to us by Shimizu town, Suntou-gun, Shizuoka Prefecture. The small fruit was carefully cooked over time. The moment you put the marmalade in your mouth, a strong and noble aroma will spread.

Enami Farm is based in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan.
