Taiwanese Artisan Gold Award Winner 2024: KeYa Jam: Friendship Between Taiwan and Japan Marmalade

This beautiful Taiwanese Marmalade bursts with citrus fruits and marmalade gin flavours. Keya is a powerhouse in Taiwan, recently involved in helping to publicise the Nanzhuang Orange which is endangered, she attended the 2024 festival at Dalemain to talk to people about this and offer tasters of her own marmalade.
