This marmalade comes from Yawatahama in Ehime prefecture where our festival in Japan is held. It proved extra popular at the festival here at Dalemain in April when the Japanese Embassy in the UK had a stand and were handing out tasters!
This is a beautifully done and wonderfully tasteful jar using Kashi Dai which is a type of Beni Madonna citrus which is sweet.
